At Reach4Skills we offer Level 2 Nationally recognised courses, that provide continuous professional development, ideal for people already working in the industry or those new and looking to enter.
These courses attract government funding (unless stated otherwise) and aim to engage adults providing them the skills and learning they need to equip them for work, an apprenticeship or other learning. You could be eligible for free study if you meet the following criteria. Please note you will need to be able to produce evidence in your name when you come to enrol.

These courses usually take between 12 – 24 weeks, dependent on the course, spending 10 hrs a week completing work online and submitting to a Learning consultant for marking. You won’t be required to go to anywhere, you can complete the course in the comfort of your home.

All our level 2 courses can take approximately 12 weeks to 24 weeks to complete, spending roughly 10 hours a week independent study.
Please note we will charge learners a £125 fee for failing to complete the course or withdraw before the submission deadline, unless you are eligible for full funding. The maximum time frame from completion is 24 weeks from enrolment. This is a contribution to our costs associated with this course.

The Level 4 Certificate for the Early Years Advanced Practitioner aims to provide professional development opportunities for practitioners working in the Early Years workforce at Level 3. This qualification will embrace the wealth of experience of the Level 3 Early Years Workforce, and challenge learners in both their daily practice and theoretical understanding. You will acquire and use skills of leadership, mentoring, coaching and reflection as you complete the qualification though work-based learning opportunities.

Entry Requirements
Learners must be at least 18 years old and hold a Full Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification. You must also be employed in an early years setting to complete this qualification.
Progression
This qualification provides progression to a Level 5 qualification such as the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services. It will also prepare for further study of early years in Higher Education.
