We are able to support childminders in following ways:

Becoming Qualified

If you are not qualified, we could put you through Early Years Educator Level 3 qualification.

Childmind Assistant – Apprenticeship

Have you considered taking on an apprentice as a childminding assistant.

There are number of benefits to taking on an apprentice, these includes

  • Fully Funded Training.   We can help you identify opportunties
  • Cheaper Workforce while apprentices train.  Click here for apprentice minimum wages
  • Employer contribution.   You could qualify for an employer contribution of £1500 for taking on an apprenticeship.

SEN – Understanding & Working with Children Who Have Additional Needs

This course takes a learner from a point of limited knowledge to a level of good knowledge in order to support children who have additional needs by offering advice and training on implementing effective strategies.

  • Paediatric First Aid (accredited by Ofsted)
  • Universal Safeguarding (3 hours) or Lead Safeguarding
